Stay Strong and Be Happy – #WisdomWednesday

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet. Being emotionally strong doesn’t mean you don’t experience pain. Weak people are the ones who run from their problems, while strong ones are the ones who face their life problems and look for ways to make things better. You cannot control what life throws at you, but you can choose how you react. Take responsibility for things you can control, and accept what you can’t. Don’t take everything personally, some things just aren’t about you. Life is full of challenges. Do the best you can, but remember to live in the moment. Turn your challenges into opportunities for growth, and don’t dwell on the small stuff. Practice gratitude and be thankful for the little things that make you smile. Make smiling a habit. One of the keys to living a positive, successful life is to have a belief system in place that is greater than yourself. Spirituality is a powerful source of strength. Practice kindness, stay strong and be happy, for happiness is a state of mind.
