Start your Positive Thinking meditation by writing down three simple statements about what you want in life. These statements need to be written in the positive, and write them down as if you have already met the goal. An example of this would be: I am making $40,000 a year with my writings.
Start a positive thinking journal that you will write in every day. Write your three statement goals in your journal 25 times a day, every day. Reevaluate your statements every three months, see if they need changing in any way or kept the same. You will be surprised in just one year as to how much your life has changed for the better.
