To live in the now you must become more aware of your thinking — are you constantly worrying about the future? Learn to recognize when you’re doing this, and then practice bringing yourself back to the present. Some other things you can do to stay in the present is to savor your food by eating it more slowly. Try to do everything this way — slow down and savor each and every moment. Tune into the sights and sounds and awaken your senses to the world around you. Dream big. Set goals and plans for the future. But working hard today is always the first step towards realizing your dreams tomorrow. Always remember that the only important moment is the present moment.
