Patience with Yourself

Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself.  Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them.  Every day begin the task anew.     ~ Saint Francis DeSales   ~

We have all heard that patience is a virtue.  It’s hard to have patience when you want something badly.  It’s great to get enthusiastic about making a personal change. But allow yourself to accept whatever outcome occurs, even if you get no results to show for all your efforts. You will have more chances.  A change in one area, even just a slight change,  often supports changes in other areas.

You have a choice in how you react in every situation. You can choose to be patient, or choose not to be: it’s all up to you.
